Most orders ship within two business days after your credit card is verified.
Shipping, handling and any extra charges are not included in your order total here. You will receive a second credit card authorization and charge for these items. The order total you see on your checkout page will be the first charge on your invoices and the special items (tax, shipping, handling, etc) will be listed as a second charge with a separate authorization number). Some credit card companies will combine the two amounts into one charge.
Purchase Order number is a mandatory field. This field is YOUR unique information for each order and we will ask you for it if you call with questions about your order. As an example, you can enter the first 4 characters of your last name and the first three characters of your first name, i.e., BROWJOH for John Brown.
We charge sales tax in the following states:
AL, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MN, NC, NE, NY, OH, OK, TX and WA.
If your ship-to address is in one of these states, and you are exempt from sales tax, please send a copy of your exemption certificate to email@example.com or fax to Attn: Orders , at 970-663-5042.
The expected ship date is usually the latest date an order might ship, but, in most cases, your order will ship in two business days.
If you require same day shipping, or special shipping instructions, your wishes MUST be in writing in the box marked “shipping instructions” on the checkout screen. Please make sure you complete this area BEFORE you submit your order.
After you are done with your order and your payment has been accepted, you will see a “Confirmation” page. Please print and keep for your records.
All orders will be considered complete unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. All returned goods will have a 20% restocking charge. All returned goods must have a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. Please call customer service at 800-525-5614 to obtain an RGA number. All items returned for warranty repair/replacement must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days after we receive your returned merchandise.
