Terms and Policies
- All orders will be considered complete unless notified within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. All packing material and box must be kept on suspected shortages or damage claims. Shortages not reported within 48 hours will not be honored.
- All returned goods will have a 20% restocking charge. All returned goods must have an RGA (return goods authorization) number issued before return. See separate RGA policy on certain goods no returnable. To qualify for any credit, goods must be returnable as new.
- All returned goods must be in a box clearly marked with the issued RGA number. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days. Boxes not marked with an RGA or marked with an expired RGA will be returned to sender.
- All returns must be sent back in a shipping box. Items returned in just the item package box will incur as 20% re-box fee.
- All items being returned for warranty repair/replacement must include a copy of invoice showing when each item was purchased by the end user.
- Products out of our inventory for more than 90 days are not returnable. Please call regarding products that are not returnable even within the 90-day time frame.
- Claims for products received frozen must be made with the carrier.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for refused or undeliverable packages.
